If the program is in absolute then G00X0Y0 should always be just that so, I'd exclude programming. Encoder resolution? The G320 has a max pulse rate of 250 quadrature. Any resolution above 1000 CPR would require the G340 with step multiplier. The Geckos are also limited to encoders below 50 mA current draw, not many encoders fall in this range. The USdigital E5S-200 draws only 25 mA at 5 volts. A power supply that is too small would cause positioning errors also. Not being able to keep up and the Geckos will not fault in this scenario. Does the P133 PC deliver a high enough pulse rate?

Thanks for all the responses guys. They are getting power from the
Geckos. But it kinda seems to me that if this was the problem, they
wouldnt work at all would they?
Its not an aluminum expansion, or any other mechanical problem,
After a few cycles the servo shafts are visibly in the wrong places.
The code is being generated in mastercam, and I have tried both V3
and V4 of turbocnc with no luck. Everything is absoloute. I have
tried many files that were made with notepad and they all work fine,
I can never seem to duplicate the problem when coding manually.
Any other suggestions? If I wanted to give the encoders a 5v supply
what can I use? Can i run a line from the computer power supply?
