Yes.

The motor is rated for 24 volts (good) but 0.1 amp. (Bad)
even an old nema23 motor from the old printers will have more umph.
This is 2.4 watts of power.

A 1-1/2 inch dia and 4" long overall, the unit is a toy.

1hp = 746 watts.
1 treadmill motor = 1-1/2 hp

an old NEMA23, round body will have around 5 watts so these are very
small motors indeed.
