NEW-OLD STOCK? I'm guessing that there's nothing wrong with them. Just
connect up an appropriate driver to them, and they'll work fine! 700
oz/in is BIG!
You could make an ohm-meter check on the windings. We don't want to fry
a driver, in case a winding is shorted.
