Hi Jarrett, Andy & all:
It sure is better to get you heart up two three times a week
they say. But, WOW it is sure hard on you when you have made a
purchase and find out it may be wrong. I think it is better to do it
at the shop or at the gym.

It does Andy.. you really had me worried there
for a bit.. Here I'd spent all that time getting
everything just so, only to think that It was all
wrong! Oh well.. doc say's it's good to get your
heart rate up once in a while :-)
