How to cut card board about 1mm thick using router table.

I just get a good old router table that I want to use this to learn cnc
it is Cam tech Routermaster52 with a cmc1 controller(only 100k of ram
due to 9 yrs old), I want to upgrade the machine with a tangential
knife option to cut card board for model making.I search on google do
not find too many info related to the cnc driven cut knife to cut
thick material, vinyl cutting is easy, but card is a different story.

Is there any company sell the hardware and software to add into the
head. I don't mind to change the controller if there is a solution to
make the thing easier for operation.
