Glad you enjoyed it. Since you asked:

FWIW, Yes, the wood duck can make all it's parts. At least the
reasonable ones. (means it doesn't make its linear shafts, or
leadscrews, etc.)

But all the frame parts and electrical junction boxes, as well as the
bearing blocks and A/B nuts CAN be made upon the machine itself. In
fact, the original 12x12 machine "made itself" into a 12x24. BUT...

This is NOT unique! As I previously mentioned, MANY DIY-CNC'ers use
their first machine to make the second, often larger machine...

P.S. It WAS fun and interesting to find a way to get all the holddown
holes--for threaded fasteners--into a table that is larger than the
travels of the machine. (My direct analogy to your 9x42 BP mill
table!) It required shifting the spindle "unnaturally" sideways and
ALSO turning the work to 45° from "normal".

This was a design goal, BTW. I wanted folks to be able to replicate
their work tables using the machine itself. Since the machine
constraints "seem" to prevent that: I put on my thinking cap and came
up with ways to "reach" holes that "couldn't" be reached. Ended up
putting addtl. holes in the "stock" router mount, so buyers could
duplicate my setups to do this...
