I do not understand the different voltages on the legs. can you
explain how you could have twice the voltage on one leg than the other
two ? That seems VERY odd indeed.

If I understand hydraulics correctly, you run the pump continuoulsy
and then switch the load. If you are using a hybred hydraulic CNC
system, you could use smaller motors to change the hydraulic levers.
much smaller load requirements.
