6 axis ARCNC100 CNC board with constant contouring turned on

Hi all,

A new video of the ARCNC100 was posted on our web site.

For those not familiar with the ARCNC100 board. It is a standalone CNC
controller with ethernet connectivity. It is capable of running 6 axis
simultaneously at up to 3.6 MHZ step rate. It runs/stores Standard
G-Code files without the need for a PC.

In this new video the ARCNC100 is controlling the X-Y axis of a Taig
Micro Mill2019 ER equiped with servo motors and Gecko G320 DC servo
drives. The G-Code sequence is composed of 3 circles broken down into
575 linear G1 segments each with constant contouring turned on for the
3 circles and turned off for the straight lines segment box surounding
it. This is done entirely in standard G-code with parameters to turn
CC on and off. The feed rate is 90 IPM max in this video.
