As far as I know most TV's / Monitors etc sold in Europe are NOT - PAL /
NTSC switchable.
Anyhow PAL / NTSC only applies if you are using a composite input - RGB
monitors are RGB
which is a different system to composite & apart from vertical & horizontal
line frequencies to suit
various monitor resolutions (VGA / SVGA etc) is a universal standard.
