Filter caps connected to earth causing a problem? Hence the point about
checking WHAT is connected to the earth line. I have an nice EMC test set that
does cause a problem with it's caps, so it has a large isolating transformer
in front. The inverter I've been playing with does not give any trouble and
has been designed to be used after an ELCB, so that may be the problem.
