Jim,
I wasn't looking at a specific machine but in general a Tree VMC.
There are several coming up for auction in the southeast over the next
couple of months and I was trying to decide if/how much to bid on one.
The Tree's are older, not longer made (or supported) and I understood
haven't been selling real high.
I think this thread pretty well investigated what It would take to run
a larger VMC in a home shop environment. There are other issues, such
as the air requirements for a Fadal like machine, that we didn't
address but still need to be considered. For me, right now, the
negatives out weigh the positives.

use this machine.
