You could try the drivers for Draft Master SX, MX and RX included in XP.

When I changed from Win2K to WinXP I couldn�t find a plot drive except
WinLine and I couldn�t get it to work. I swapped to a 5L laser (8 1/2 x 11
and 11 x 17) and a 750C injet (24 x �) plotter. I d/led driver for both
from HP and gave my old pin plotter away to as guy that wanted to use the
motors.
