If you do a bit of research, you will find that people make their own
pens.

most pens are comprised of a tip and a resovour. you might be able to
find a regualar pen that you can pull apart and use to re-fil your
empty housings.

some even use pencils.

some have cut down regular felt tips and drilled the old housing and
glued it inside.
