Hi Alexander and all:
     Around 50 years ago I but down a good sealer on my dad's garage floor and it is still there.  I wish I knew what it was as I would put it on my shop floor. 
     Warning:  If you use epoxy be sure and put in some sand or something to keep the surface from being SLICK.  I saw a fellow slide and do the splits when he stepped on a gas spill on an epoxy coated floor.
