If you have a time table to move into the building, here is an
interesting note. When they had the new fire station built for the city
they were getting the concrete floors sealed. They ran into aproblem
where part of the sealent had to be removed and they were delayed in
moving into the building for 2 to 3 months. This caused a bunch of
problems because of the delays on moving equipment etc. I would make
sure the general contractor knows his stuff about this and not just go
for the cheapest deal.
