I used a concrete stain and sealer from a specialty store. I used a mop for the stain and a roller for the sealer. A lot less expensive than epoxy and you can touch it up with the sealer again years later. You don't have to use the stain but it makes the floor look nicer. It gave it a mottled look. If you are interested I still have the can of sealer outside and can get you its information. Once you get your equipment in you will have a lot of areas that are low or no traffic.
