Gaston:
A lot of HOBBY SHOPS that sell RC airplanes carry tachometers. They
range to 99,999 RPM and cost $33.00 or $45.00 ( the 2 are local hobby
shop had in.).

Just find some place on the router to bounce a light off and a little
math and there you go. the $45 one has settings for 2, 3, or 4 blade
propellers
