Gaston,

As stated to others, Hz = cycles per second; RPM is revolutions per
minute. One minute is 60 seconds so 12,000 Hz is 720,000 RPM, well
above the maximum operating speed of the router (I believe.) Now, if
you have a 6 point nut, it goes to 120,000 RPM, not too shabby...
