OK, I'm using some MACH wizards - cut circle and shapes. I tried using a .312 mill, spec'd a .312 radius and got an error saying that the tool dia was larger than the hole dia. So I changed to 0.188 dia tool and got the same error. Then I think I finally changed to a 0.125 dia and was finally able to generate Gcode. What am I doing wrong? Not feeling very smart here:o)) Chuck
