RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] tool size > hole dia

Well, I'm pretty sure that I spec'd the tool DIA <= to the hole RADIUS but
the wizards kept saying that tool dia > hole dia. Seems pretty straight
forward, but I couldn't get Gcode until I got the tool dia SIGNIFICANTLY
less than the hole dia. Very frustrating.
