Mach3 is produced by Artsoft and is sold directly by their web site at
machsupport.com

There are also many dealers that sell it as part of their business,
often bundled with their hardware, but sometime just sold as a product.
Some of these offer it at a discount below the standard mach price. They
are fully legit copies, just sold by a dealer willing to take a little
less profit.

There is only one piece of software. If you download it and run it it
will run as a demo mode where there are several limits, most notably it
will only run about 500 lines of code. If you buy a license you will get
a license file in the mail which when loaded to the mach3 folder will
cause it to run in full mode where there are no limits.

So generally the other dealers selling mach3 are legitimate dealers and
you will have no problems where ever you buy it. There are many ebay
sellers that include mach3 in their package, but no license file, so you
are simply getting a demo version.
