You are entitled to your opinion.
Some problems;
you look for the cheapest.
-Good value for money is different.
You are unused to international business.
-Shipping, language, communications are different.
I have been dealing with chinese, (us), taiwan, and asian businesses for
about 25 years.
I have bought containerloads of 100.000$+ stuff from them.
My experiences are overwhelmingly positive.
I import excellent ballscrews, excellent metrology equipment, and
excellent ac brushless servos.
All are fantastic value for money.
In china (asia) brands are less existent/important.
The onus is on the buyer to know and clearly explain what they look for.
There is no "I meant".
Also, if you buy the cheapest, it wont be too good.
Next-cheapest, or reasonable, is what you want.
I bought, for example, 6 different micrometers to find a good brand.
The ones I use now, are excellent.
A 1" one, for example, is about 50€. The cheapest are 20€ or so.
The ones I use and sell, are as good as the japanese mituoyo, or mahr,
in the same range.
(There are better ones. Many companies make high precision ones. These
are 800-2500$ each).
I have excellent contacts in china, with very good english.
I suspect you have dealt with a trader, and looked for something less
than a professional supplier.
