I second the remark about how good Doug is. He has always returned my emails
in a very timely fashion and also is continuosly updating and debugging the
software. I am a CNC specialist for high end CNC woodworking machinery
priced in ranges from $40,000.00 up to over a Million and his software is the
closest I have seen to the "real" thing and his support is as good as a lot
of the big boys like Fanuc, AB, NUM, etc. This is the reason I chose his
software for some inexpensive retro fits on very old machines. It would be
great if he could work out a way to drive servo amplifiers as well as stepper
drives but there is Gecko thank goodness. :-)
