I think th eexisting caps are Ok size wise. Uing the larger values will yield
faster cutting for roughing out etc. However, seems to me the lower or lowest
value will yeild a ok cut but almost unacceptably slow cut rate. As someone
else mentioned, the power supply frequency needs to be rasied to have more
cut pulses per unit time.
