Yes, that's the one. The Z axis repeatability is great and overall the
whole thing works well. I've seen some mention in various messages of using
collets and depth stops and/or collars. This will NOT give good Z axis
accuracy, as the depth of collet motion into the spindle will be highly
dependent on tool shank diameter and drawbar tension.

The Snap-Change system avouis this as the toolholder is not split like a
collet and the draw tension is repeatable.
