You remove the two or three retaining screws, then move them over to the
jacking screw holes and push the pully off the hub, adjusting evenly. When
you are putting it back on the shaft, you use the original holes and pull the
pully back onto the hub. You have to be sure do both operations evenly so
nothing gets tilted, also when putting back on, the hub has to be adjusted so
that the pully comes out in the right position, the screws do not always pull
the flange flush up to the pully depending on tolerances. Wise to take note
of flange versus pully position before removing. Shaft size enters into
where everything locks up, as well as tolerances of the hub and flange.
