Assembly of ballnut on screw & Screw quality.

Hi all,

I received my 5/8 .200 ballscrew and nuts from Reid tool. The screw
is not exactly what I was picturing in my head when I ordered it.
All the pictures of ballscrews I have seen are always nice and bright
looking. This screw is dark brown and not clean looking. Is this
correct? I guess you get what you pay for. The nuts look good.
Arrived with a cardboard tube inside to hold the balls in. Has
anyone got experience putting the nut on the screw without loosing
the balls? Also if I wanted to remove the nut would I just reverse
the process?

Thanks
