Hello Friends,
There didn't occur an original thread on my inbox what is the real problem.
Today I don't agree with Ballendo pulling a ballscrew apart.
The idea with the tube to keep the balls in their position is good and suitable.
To put back lost balls I would leave the nut on the screw, open the back feed tube where the balls fell out.and put them in there
again. You get space turning back and forth.or pushing with a pin.
Be aware that the channel MUST have open space and may not be filled up with balls. If not the friction between the balls blocks the
nut.
Everything must be completely clean.
