Re: mouse encoder?

Speaking of making encoders anyone else notice the new sensor from
omron for encoders?

cheap at Digikey or628ct-nd $1.28. I am thinking of trying to make a
wheel.
What would be the slot width? 0.03? a bit more?

The sensors are 0.03 inches center to center and at Digikey they are
