not. It may contain olefins as my analysis wouldn't show those. I
was quite surprised not to find some common lubricating compounds
and/or solvents. The idea that it is WD indicates that it does
contain something with an OH- group on it (alcohol) as this is the
cheapest way to get miscibility with water.
