Hi Carlos, Jon,

I'd like to see controllers support a panel shaft encoder (2 sw pins)
and a pair of PB's. The PB's rotate through axis selections, and jog
rates (2 more sw pins). REAL easy to do! DB9 plugs into joystick
(game) port, and runs of the +5v.
