Re: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] CAM software upgrade policy

Fred,

I'm not sure you've exactly answered the question with your response.

Your respone might lead me to believe that IMService gets to arbitrarily
determine what is a major upgrade and what is a minor upgrade based on what
you believe to be the value of the new point release? It would seem that as
a result IMService also gets to arbitrarily determine what versions a
customer pays for versus what versions they will have free access to by
virtue of their earlier purchase.

Once a customer purchases a version what exactly is their right to future
point and version upgrades?

thanks in advance for the clarification.

regards,

Lee Wenger
