Jon,
Well I thought I did that, after the first belt disintegrated. Another
bad thing about the MAXNC is the lack of any kind of instructions
concerning things like belt tension.

Well the fact that you are still on belt #1 and I'm hearing noises on
belt #3 does imply there is something wrong...

I'll dismantle it now and have another look.
