Very unlikely for there to be any significant problems. You can have
trouble with measurement (current and potential) transformers if you
mount them too close. Also, ferroresonant transformers have a LOT
of stray flux. But standard power transformers have very little flux
leakage. One problem that occasionally does show up is the flux
that does leak out can heat an aluminum plate the transformer is
mounted on, or cause buzzing with steel chassis.
