You are correct. We have changed the terminology from X10, X5, X2 and
X1 to what I think is much clearer; full-step, half-step, 5
microsteps and 10 microsteps respectively. Or if you prefer:
Full-step = X10 = 200 step pulses per motor revolution
Half-step = X5 = 400 step pulses per motor revolution
5 uStep = X2 = 1,000 step pulses per motor revolution
10 uStep = X1 = 2,000 step pulses per motor revolution
The only purpose for the multiplier is if you are stuck with a step
pulse source that is limited in frequency.
