PayPal is probably the way to go...
Last August, I "won" an auction at Yahoo! for a Taper Attachment for a 13"
South Bend Lathe. I sent Mr. Allen Babin, of Bristol Conn. my check, and
have still not received the "goods"! (he won't even return my e-mails). I
believe PayPal doesn't pay until you are "satisfied"... At the time, I had
PayPal; I just didn't think to use it... Allen, I'm still waiting!
