I'm semi involved with a company that designs 3000W audio amps. It
thought
about simply using their driving stage, it fits in a 19" rack and will
drive anything up to 100V at 15A on two channels.
Does have HUGE fans and heatsinks though.

Sounds cheaper than having boards made here. I'll check whether I can
get all
the chips.
