I run steppermod.o on BDI 2.12 with input scale and output scale set to
40000 with no problems. I am using CMD-260 drivers with microstepping set
to 2000 steps per rev and 20 TPI leadscrews on my Sherline 5400 This gives
2000 * 20 = 40000 steps per inch. IIRC versions of the BDI prior to 2.10
required the G20 to set them to inch mode, which I have set in the emc.ini
file as part of the RS274NGC_STARTUP_CODE parameter.
