I put some servo motors on my sherline as a demo project and had it
running at 72 IPM. Before use, I oil the leadscrews and all the wearing
points and re oil everything periodically. I don't recommend running it
that fast for long periods.

Hi Guys;
I would like to know if someone has run sherline's axis 30ipm or
more?. I have geckos and they are running the steppers really fast
without losee step. So if I run the axis 30ipm or more do you think
the lead screw or nuts will be damaged ? what is the highest speed
you guys have run your shelines axis?
