What you are seeing when your mill stops during a refresh of the plotter is
an artifact of using my new GUI with Paul's new backplotter. That plotter
needs to pause tool tip motion while it redraws the screen or it will loose
some of the tool path while it is calculating. Nice features like zoom and
rotate though. These are why I put it in there.
