I never imagined that the post I left last night would produce so much positive feedback and helpful advice. I have been planning this project for over a year--watching this group and searching the internet. My obstacles have been lack of funds and not having the confidence to buy a driver board that may not work for me. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for finally convincing me to get into this hobby and trying something (right or wrong). I would like to give something back to the group, so if anyone needs help with Autocad, Mastercam, 3d modeling, or cnc programming I would love to help (I also know forging and tool design). I am so excited I can hardly wait to get started!
