OK. I did a little more digging.

http://www.mini-lathe.com/Mini_mill/Versions/versions.htm says that the
micromill is made by Sieg.

Sieg's page on the mill (with a picture from the front-right side) is

Sieg says the table is 240mm (9.45") long and the X travel is 180mm (7.09")
That makes more sense to me, allowing for the fact that it looks like the
X handwheel has an extension that lets the table move partway onto the
saddle at the left end of the travel.
