Hi Halle,
Yeah, that code and schematic is older. I finished the project and
moved on and never really updated things.
Questions:
What version of code did you try, '4 or '5? Also are you using the
serial or parallel interface. And at what baud(57600). Using what
program (Hyperterm?> What crystal freq. are you using. At one point I
had an "@" character as debug sent on reset to test if the watch dog
was being timed-out. I your programmer setting the configuration to
__CONFIG _CP_OFF & _WDT_ON & _PWRTE_ON & _HS_OSC
NOTE: Diode D1 at the LM339 inputs is backwards in the schematic. It
was my 1st rev schematic.
Email me directly by clicking on the partial email on the meassage,
and I will help you as much as I can.
Tell me also what programmer you have, are you using MPLAB, what prot
technique are you using. Sometimes breadboards goof up the crystal
drive due to added capacitance.
