Jan,

Shottky diode with 0.3V forward drop at 16mA. Two diodes plus opto
LED of 1.2V at 16mA equals 1.8V. 5V minus 1.8V equals 3.2V. Current
limit resistor at 3.2V divided by 0.016A equals 200 ohms.

Math seems OK to you?
