Your problem is that you have selected the "vectors" at random and
hence you get random results. If you zoom in close enough to see the
individual arrows on the "hair" that you are trying to cut, you will
see that you have selected things at random (select-all perhaps?
Special-Simulate will show the order of selection), instead of by
Shift-Selecting, which controls the direction AND order.

Click Change-Reorganize to reorder things and then generate NC. You
will find that the movement codes are changed from G00 to G01.

You may also have created gaps by scaling to a larger size, in which
case you will need to re-connect the lines to bridge the gaps. Do
this by trimming or by Draw-Line-Connect.
