Rotary table for CNC mill

I recently purchased a rotary table with the intention of
prototyping rings. I have made several unsuccessful attempts at
cutting a ring.

The table will cut the ring the full 360 degrees. There is a slight
gap on the bottom portion. Is there anyone who can offer some
information in using the rotary table successfully?

I have made several adjustments as far as increasing the
circumference of the design in the 2D drawing. The problem is if I
increase the cir. the ring size will be altered.
