Hi Luis,
OK, I understand now. If the motor is 2 Amp, then the Xylotex can
handle it, although the 35V is still to high. 2 amp at 24V will be
no problem for the drive and it can run all day long, although I
still suggest a cooling fan.

Some 24V power supplies (switching type) can be purchased from
http://www.mpja.com/productview.asp?product=12613+PS
which is an 8.5 Amp
http://www.mpja.com/productview.asp?product=12424+PS
which is a 6.5 amp
http://www.mpja.com/productview.asp?product=12418+PS
which is a 4.5 Amp
(check availabliltiy)

These supplies are very easy to use. Just wire up the AC, and get
out 24 VDC. The 4.5 amp drive should probably do it for you, but if
you wanted to add another stepper later, it wouldn't hurt to have the
extra power of the 6.5A supply. Ebay can also be a good source of
24V supplies.

Give those a shot.

Jeff
