OK.... go find a floppy disk drive, 5 1/4 inch. You get a 10 in-oz
stepper motor and a controller... just replace the pullup pack with
higher value resistors (2k or 4.7K), and parallel the inputs with
another drive as needed...

You can pull out the track zero sensors and the write protect sensor
and make them limit switches...

Only problem is that 1) you may have to reverse one coil on the
stepper because it moves in the "wrong" direction, and

2) these are really wimpy steppers.
