Newbie

I have built in 1991 a three axis router(Stepper Motor driven) using
at first a Commodore 64 then later a IBM 286's parallel port and some
homemade basic programs. I worked great. To make a long story
short. I got married and it was put away for a decade. Now
resurrecting it. I've got time. (No more dipers) :-)

I will use a PC's parallel port for step and direction. I need to
know what software packages are out there that can get this baby
running. I do not want to be writing code when I can purchace it.
