Hi Mark,
Maybe you don't need to rewrite your sync module to obtain sync on
both the rising and falling edge of the encoder pulse for double
the resolution. Go get my files on the site above to see how I get
two pulses on both edges.

Have you talked to Dave K about gettng your G codes encorporated into
an official release of TurboCNC? Those two features you have added
would be a huge service to the TurboCNC community if you were willing
to share them.
Does your G76 multipass threading routine infeed along a 29.5° angle,
or just a direct infeed? I had been thinking of writing an Excel
macro to create the lines of code to do multipass threading with
angled infeed, but it makes much more sense to code it into TurboCNC
as a canned cycle.
I need to step up my efforts to learn TurboPascal, as I would like to
rewrite the encoder sync module to sync on both the rising and
falling edge of the encoder pulse for double the resolution with the
same hardware.
